Manager Erin Nyx
Erin is the head office manager (her own given title) for the Explorer's Guild.
Her main duties are to manage the quests the adventurers start as well and direct them to the venues they need for various tasks.
She comes from modern earth and was always a bit of a loaner. One day, she was late for work and in her rush, she tripped on a crack and tumbled into the city.
Having been a big fantasy reader, she adapted to her situation quickly, not really lamenting over the loss of her old world.
She started out assisting other displaced people since her main job was office work, she was quite organized and was able to help turn any office into a smooth, well-running machine.
She quickly moved up in the ranks, and no matter what position she was asked to take over, she did with a smile. She's managed refineries, coffee shops, alchemist booths, criminal organizations (she'd often show how their losing money with the goods they're smuggling and show some more life-friendly alternatives) anyone who asks her... she'd dig into their books and show them how to improve things with a smile and never asking for a charge.
Eventually, she took on clerical (office) duties for the government body and was chosen to run the Explorer's Guild. Since she has a unique perspective to their world, and her management skill, she would be the ideal person to handle the... multitude of mixed company... that would want to exploit the guild for their own personal gain.
She created the record-keeping system adventurers use to keep an account of their weapons and gear for security and insurance use.

Erin was born to a normal family and had a normal life. She never was one to stick out in a crowd, often with her nose in a book or daydreaming about one thing or another. After college, she did her best every day at work. Putting out client fires, fixing backorder mistakes, and ensuring all the squeaky wheels get greased.

Erin used to be an office manager at a small company in 21st Century Earth. After she was displaced, she helped with the founding of Terris Burg. Her organization and management skills helped her secure a reputation as a key member of Terris Burg.
She was offered a seat on the Terris Burg City Council, but turned it down. Instead, she requested to create the Explorer's Guild and help manage the ragtag group of adventurers who will venture into the unknown and bring back supplies and gear.
