Quasqueton Room #07 - Wizard's Annex
Purpose / Function
"Why does a wizard need an Annex? That's like asking why a fish needs water, or a bird needs air. It's a rediculs question and one that I fear might cause my hand to jeark and destroy all explination, but alas, for posterity, and should the unforseeable happen, It's best to explain my genious.
I designed and created my annex as a way to test my spells safely. I've... lost a few henchmen to some expermenets, and spells of an explosive nature needs a more secure enviroment.

Alterations
"Don't those idiots realize how dangerous things can be around here? I'm commanding arcane forces half these dimwits would empty their bowls and loose their lunch at the slightest whiff of archane energy..."
"I specified these walls to be three times as thick, and using a transmute stone spell, I was able to not only thicken the rock walls, but compressed the stone into itself, a feat not thought possible, yet I discovered how..."

Notes from Zelligar's Journals.
[Architecture
The stone walls are thicker to support the blast of test spells as Zelligar the Unknown would practice his arcane arts.
History
Zelligar the Unknown apparently needed a place to practice his spells. From his journals, it's clear there has been issues and accidents, so care was taken to ensure the area is secured.
Tourism
This may be of special interest to the wizardly folk, as they can research how the walls were fortified, and maybe even be allowed to test out spells inside... for a fee...

Environmental Effects
The walls have been tested and have been shown to withstand multiple fireball spells with no damage to the room.
The walls, according to the dwarves, are "compact" as if Zelligar somehow compressed the stone... into itself... to double the hardness and density of the walls
