The Prime Requisite of a Fighter is Strength.
Strength scores of 13 or higher are given a 5% bonus to ExP, while 16 or higher will get you 10%!

Qualifications
There are no special qualifications to register as a Fighter. If you can pick up a sword or club and give it a good swing, you're all set, just keep track which end is pointy!

Payment & Reimbursement
A hired fighter is expected his share of the loot. Should you wish to hire an available fighter to bolster your ranks, the standard rate is a half share of treasure... but negotiate amongst yourselves.
