Silvia Warren Character in Albion | World Anvil

Silvia Warren

Silvia was born to a good family, and married exceedingly well, by some standards. Third and much younger wife of Hesperidon Warren, she provided him with a son, Claudio Warren, four years into their marriage. Not long after, she returned to intensive research in alchemy and Materia.   Mentored by Mabyn Teague, she successfully challenged for a Council seat in 1925, well after her husband had become Head of the Council. She's remained good friends with Mabyn ever since (though the events of Upon A Summer's Day are something of a trial to her on several fronts.)   Her relationship with Hesperidon, once Claudio was born, settled into a reasonable mutual fondness until Hesperidon's death in 1932. They enjoyed their mutual ambitions more than most couples of their rank and background.   She is a talented and innovative alchemist. She is insightful and perceptive, and Orion Sisley at one point describes her as steadily good at what she does, but not showy.

Old As The Hills
Silvia Warren is a senior member of the Council during Old As The Hills, aware of Gabriel Edgarton's project for them. She has a larger role in Upon A Summer's Day.
Upon A Summer's Day
The events of Upon A Summer's Day do not make Silvia happy. At all. Mostly not in ways she can actually do anything about.
