The Rampage

Every five years, Zagnaraz breaks free of their prison during a period known as The Rampage, wreaking havoc upon the lands over the course of a week. During the first 6 days, they travel all around Eth Kraci destroying all they can. In their wake they leave piles of corpses, burned landscapes, and cities turned to rubble. Flamehaven, capitol city of Eth Kraci, remains to be the only city in the country able to withstand the might of this god, with all others being highly mobile in order to flee during The Rampage, or having deep vaults in which the people hide from the wrath of their god.

During the final 2 days, the god wanders peacefully, healing and restoring any who survived for the full duration of the Rampage. Many people desperate for cures to unknown ailments and deadly curses flock to the country during this time in hopes of being given a godly cure.  Some adventurers who have sacrificed their Birthright Spirit in exchange for a second life come and try to survive in hopes of being granted a new Spirit.  While there is no proof of this gift being granted, there are numerous stories told of such things happening.
