House Tharashk

House Tharashk traditionally licenses inquisitives and bounty hunters. Recently the house’s Finder's Guild has expanded into dragonshard prospecting. As dragonshards are the lifeblood of the magical economy, the house’s talent has given them new wealth and influence.   Tharashk is the youngest of the dragonmarked houses and hasn’t embraced all the customs of the others. The distinct clans that united to form the house remain important, and heirs of the family usually retain their family names rather than adopting “d’Tharashk” as tradition dictates. Each of the three major clans—the Aashta, the Torrn, and the Velderan—has a representative on the Triumvirate that governs the house, and the city of Zarash’ak in the Shadow Marches. Together, they stand as one under the emblem of the dragonne (a lion-dragon hybrid).

Culture

All of the highest ranking members of House Tharashk are Warlocks who's patron is The Sybil, a being associated with prohpecy, knowledge, and fate.
The members of House Tharashk pride themselves on and specialize in gathering information.
Uniquely, they don't separate themselves into guild leaders vs trainees despite still holding those positions to make the guild function. Rather they respect that each member is constantly learning and therefore refer to each other as "Tyro" which means Apprentice/Neophyte.
Their members tend to be more inclined towards methods of stealth, poisons and blackmail. They generally prefer to accept tracking, information gathering, interrogation and take their targets alive (because its less efficient to question the dead).
They guard information jealously and are experts at getting people talking about themselves and utilize their charms to do so.
They'll work with the other guilds but only if the deal is almost entirely in their favor. The other guilds will work with them because their information usually leads to a faster hunt, but the price is always steep.
