Draconic Hydra
The draconic hydra is a rare example of a dragon with cannibalistic tendencies, for its preferred food is other dragons' chicks. It is likely that it evolved multiple heads in order to take maximum advantage of any feeding frenzy opportunities that arise. The draconic hydra is also the only known dragon that reproduces asexually by splitting. An unattached head can form a new creature.
Call: When angered, the heads howl and roar a series of different calls, but always in vocal harmony.
Forms of Attack: The hydra gets in close to deliver multiple bites or flame attacks from as many different directions at the same time as possible.
Lair: Originally rocky saves; nowadays hydras often inhabit the ruins of lost cities and villages.
