The Dragon's Heart

This is a mostly ceremonial position used in larger Swynfaredian courts though a smaller court can assign someone as the Dragon's Heart (probably in addition to two or three other such titles).
The Dragon's Heart is supposedly a bridge between the Dragon Blooded nobles and the commoners.  Their job is to ensure that commoners are well treated and that the nobles are appreciated.
The Dragon's Heart wields very little real power or influence, but they often plan and carry out major festivals and celebrations, but they often find their local Lord or Lady swooping in to steal all the credit when the festival is actually underway.
