Count of Moonstone

The Count of Moonstone is the feudal lord in charge of Moonstone County.
On paper, the Count of Moonstone is answereable to the Duke of Crescent Rock, but the Count of Moonstone and the Duke of Crescent Rock are the same person and thus answerable to the Queen of Swynfaredia.
The title is unisex and passes to the eldest direct heir with sorcerery, whether they are a sorcerer or sorcress. It just happens to be the case that the current ruler is a sorcerer and thus is called "Count" rather than "Countess".
