Chief Executive Golb Engalio Golarex (a.k.a. The Bloody Hound of the Coalition; The Royal Mutant of the Commonwealth)
Golb Golarex is a High Rostran expatriate of the Rostran Archipelago Confederacy. Originally a mechanical engineer for the Eudoxia Chemical Group, Golarex left the service of that company to serve as the overseer of the Coalition of Breakaway Colonies' mineral extraction interests in the hostile Eiquereus Craglands. He now heads the Eiquereus Metals corporation, which features resource extraction, manufacturing, paramilitary, and wartime penal labor elements.
Whether one believes the ill rumors about him or not usually hinges on where one stands in the War of Reunification, but almost everyone agrees that Golb Golarex is a powerful, if twisted, asset to the Coalition's wartime industrial efforts.

Personal history
Golb Engalio Golarex was born on Absunten 5, 9968 AR, in the RAC city of Eudoxia. After graduating with degree in dieseltech engineering from the local university, he worked for Eudoxia Chemical Group from 9986 to 9996 AR.
Golarex found his position in ECG stifling, as he was unable to ascend the ranks of the organization due to his naturally abrasive demeanor. Thus disappointed in his prospects, he emigrated to the municipality of Craterhold in hopes that his ambitions would be more fulfilled among the famously libertarian markets of that place.

Employment
in 9997 AR, Golarex was picked up by a subsidiary of Eiquereus Metals, a small resource extraction company registered out of the Commonwealth and with branches in all Coalition states. Eiquereus Metals was struggling at the time, as mining interests in the Free Faces League were outcompeting them for market share. Golarex arrived at his new workplace - a mining and agri-mining complex in the hostile Eiquereus Craglands - and immediately set about improving his station through a combination of ruthless office politics and undeniable efficiency as a group leader. Soon, with the rest of the corporation faltering, his department was the only one excelling; when the time came, he bought a controlling share in the company at a rock-bottom price and with little resistance from the remaining board members.
Golarex set about using these prisoners for forced labor which he could not legally force upon full Coalition citizens. These agressive, exploitative activities continue in the present day, with Golarex now ranking as one of the most controversial assets of the Coalition.
Eiquereus Metals Brandmark by BCGR_Wurth
Once seated at the head of the corporation, Golarex set about gathering lucrative military and industrial contracts, boosting the size of the corporation's private farm-jumping force - which all organizations in the Craglands must have to take and hold control of their mines - until it was sizeable enough to be considered an auxiliary of the Coalition Defense Forces.
In their expansion within the Craglands, Eiquereus Metals' farm-jumping forces began to accumulate the largest number of prisoners of war from Voxelian competitors and, rarely, the Grand Army of Voxelia units sent to defend their claims.
Intellectual Characteristics
In addition to his ruthless business acumen, Golarex is also a skilled dieseltech engineer, computer programmer, and fabricator. In his free time, he engages in a form of slapdashery wherein he cludges together parts of different types of auto-crmor captured among the iron cubes of the Craglands. He creates experimentals of monstrous size and durability with which to cow workers and keep his farm-jumpers in line.
Golarex's current, unnamed project is a 20ft tall quadrupedal collosus forged from salvaged "Ixulova Tun" Amphibious Assault Auto-Armor and BF-6 "Fortress" Mobile Stronghold Auto-Armor components. This metal beast is armed with numerous rockets and mortars in addition to the usual complement of oversized grease guns, and features three manned machine gun ball turrets in addition to the usual operator's compartment.

Golb Golarex's religious sentiments lie with the Ixa Ad-Korvidiu, which teaches that a degree of ruthless, opportunistic action on the behalf of one's social group is a praiseworthy thing. While most balk at his tactics when they are described, Golarex believes that he is doing the work of the Spirit of the Black Bird with every positive earnings report he sends back to his adoptive country.

Golarex is better known by his epithets than by his true name.
Golb Golarex's official title is Chief Executive Officer, as this is his position within the Eiquereus Metals corporation's structure. While he is lenient with government officials and most civilians, he insists that he be addressed with 'Chief' or 'Chief Executive' by his subordinates and workers.
Voxelian propaganda often portrays Golarex as the 'Bloody Hound of the Coalition' for his equal prowess in working prisoners of war to the bone and in defending Coalition interests with his and his subordinates' many wierd Experimentals. Golarex is also known as the 'Royal Mutant of the Commonwealth' in Voxelian propaganda. This latter nickname derives both his misshapen face (he is famously unattractive by most human standards) and his use of political connections in the Commonwealth of C to avoid prosecution for severe labor violations.
While this latter epithet would already be considered an insult by most, it carries extra meaning for the Vozendi-speaking New Voxelians. The 'Royal Mutant' was once the title applied to the court jester with the most heraldic ugliness amongst the Old Voxelian imperial courts. This title arose in the period after the Old Voxelian Conquest but before the revolt of the Council of Liars. Now, the name evokes shameful servility (Golarex is a Rostran serving human interests rather than those of his own people) but also a degree of respect for an opponent more wily than his appearance would suggest (the Mutant was among the first who conspired to overthrow the old Voxelian Emperor).
