Kyjushii Training ([kI:ʒu:ʃi:])
The Kyjushii Training Grounds was a two-level compound inside Bezélan. On one level, the Kyjushii were "penned" - kept in cages of sorts. On the lower level, the Red "Battle Cats" were conditioned and trained to carry a soldier on its back and to attack enemies.
The upper level was kept as the "Pens" so that they could quickly be released, should any danger enter the capital, allowing them to attack any invading force.

The Kyjushii
The Kyjushii were used designed for use in the defence of Bezélan and the King. Using a mixture of physical training, mild pain and alchemic techniques, the Red Cats, were as feared by locals as any enemy, making them effective in law-enforcement. At 553AFD, however, the current pack of Kyjushii had had no experience of real warfare or skirmishes, as Carnael II had inherited a trouble-free Realm from his father.For a more detailled look at this species, see: Kyjushii.
