Orfillur

Orfillur is a Qosidian commune founded by a stranded circus from Silimanis , Orfillur is home to many types of creatures, including humans and dwarves. The commune is cult-like, following the commands of a dancing guru. Hierarchy in the commune is determined through ceremonies that combine dancing competitions and blood rites. Its decisions are made by the dancing guru.

Demographics

The cult is made up of a range of species, including wood elves, dwarves, pixies, goliaths and orcs. The Dancing Guru is dressed in a ceremonial gear that obscures its species. There is a large division of labour in the cult and individuals are encouraged to develop unique, preferably perverted and offensive skillsets.

Government

The Dancing Guru is the leader of the cult, with a ruling style that can be summarised as divide and conquer. He deals and retracts privileges and instill paranoia throughout his ranks, manipulating the cult against any possible competition. Those in his favour are granted vast resources of unclear origin.
In principle, the Guru is also the Representative of the commune, but he often delegates this task to others, dressing them up in his odd regalia and relishing the fact that Qosidians fall for his schemes.

Infrastructure

Orfillur consists of wagons and tents throughout, while The Dancing Guru lives in a large pyramidal temple.
