Personal history
Lilyana comes from Audmun’don, the spring city within Elvarid. Her parents, like many eladrin who comes to Regalia, were refugees from the Arkonian Plague.
When she came of age and joined a caravan of other eladrin seeking more space from the City of Regalia since it was growing a little spacious. People would need to grow food for them. Who better to join alongside that escort than Heldoroth Windell, who was captain of the Folian Guard during the time.
As the Town of Liquess was being constructed, both Lilyana and Heldoroth got along quite well. Lilyana was one to cheer people during hardships and was seen as the entertainer to bring hope back to the weary. Of course, settling within the wild would require a lot of encouragement as nivallen, Ilshmar war bands, and gnolls would be frequent problems as they harassed development.
With time, by its completion, Lilyana would marry Heldoroth and have two children. There in the Springwood Palace, she is her husband’s partner in overseeing the Province of Regalia’s wellbeing.

Heldoroth Windell
Known better as the Duke of Regalia, the two met while setting up the Town of Liquess and its beautiful fields. They bonded close with each other as they worked on the agriculture there. Despite being still captain of the Folian Guard and Lilyana simply being a herbalist, they were shy to get together. It took them 20 years before they would muster the courage to finally begin dating properly.
When the two found they couldn’t live without the other, they eventually married. Alloria, Heldoroth’s mother and new Mistress over Falderin, didn’t like Lilyana at first. It took founding and setting up Liquess that Alloria finally gave her bless with the two.
When it comes to governing the Province of Regalia, Heldoroth is protective of Lilyana. It is a cultural thing the Faene do ever since Orrilius lost Ellakah during the Necromantic War. The duo agree to act as more hands to govern but will change things when a crisis occurs: Heldoroth will take up the defense while Ellakah ensures the wellbeing of the people during that hardship.
