Oril's Plane
Like all Aspects, Oril dwells within a parallel plane that overlaps the physical world, connecting to it directly where soil occurs in the physical world. These soils, made up of decayed organic material and mixed with various minerals, act as windows and portals to and from this Elemental Planes. The more soil is present or less diluted it is the stronger or weaker that connection is.
Oril portals are naturally plentiful, but is definitely more plentiful in some places than others depending on the composition of the earth (mineral to soil ratio). Unlike her counterpart Yrisni, these portals are extremely reliable, predictable and not often subject to change without outside influences. This is also a common blessing, aiding humanity with farming for millenia.
Oril's Plane itself has an intricate, close relationship with a number of other planes. These include most of Dalyeric's planes, Banalkar's Plane, Zuvaath and Malrot's Planes and all planes of Lunil - Fauna and Fliral - Flora. All of these planes and aspects in general are locked in an intricate exchange that keeps the balance in Emynean ecosystems. The scent of different kinds of soils is rich in the air, differing by the kind of soil. The smell of rotted leaves and wet bark is also prevalent.
