Iska's Plane

Like all Aspects, Iska dwells within a parallel plane that overlaps the physical world, connecting to it directly where ice and cold occur in the physical world. These constantly move and change, acting as windows and portals to and from this Elemental Planes. The colder the temperature or larger the ice, the stronger or weaker that connection is.
