The Dusty Tome
The Dusty Tome bookshop is a modest two-story wood frame house located across from the Hirane Town Guard Barracks and the Grinning Kobold, and sits facing out to Hirane's Town Square. The face of the building has two large glass windows on either side of a painted red oak door decorated with a board etched with the name of the establishment above it. A bell chimes when the front door is opened.
The first floor is the bookshop, with a few shelves lined with books occupying the center of the room, and shelves of scroll cases and parchment adorn the walls. A counter sits at the back of the room where Fastolph Merzu sits.
