Assassination or no?

Evangeline says we could try to talk Solan into having the school raise the body guard so we can ask what happened. We were just about to head to Solan's office with Aether and Tyrion walk in and point at Themon and Thunda and say they were out past curfew when "The incident" happened. and this is where we end.
 
 
Tyrion says he understands and will look into it. Tyrion tells Aether he cannot deal with this right now, because we have to go on a mission. Tyrion tells us that Linda is going to give us details for our mission.
 
Thunda wants to confront Aether about his accusations though, because she wants their names cleared. Thunda demands to be taken to Solan, and Tyrion obliges.
 
When we get up to the office, Dustera has an incident with a marble causing mushrooms to grow everywhere even on our bodies. Thunda is able to convince Solan to sort out the accusation, and this is satisfactory.
 
Evangeline talks Solan into letting her foot the bill for a resurrection for the body guard so we can find out what happened to him.
 
We head back down to go see Linda. She's very happy to hear that her bodyguard is going to be resurrected.
 
Linda goes over the plan for us. There is a clocktower where Themon can possibly snipe him from.
 
Evangeline is struck with a terrible headache and violent visions that remind her of when her family was murdered. WE decide to get ourselves to a boat and get headed to Hearth before we make a plan We want to try and find his ledger to see if there is actually any proof that he has killed anyone.
 
We travel to Dalen which takes us about 8 hours. Thunda convinces a crew to take us across the ocean and gets us a discount if we help load the boat.
 
We end up running into Remish. He doesn't seem to remember us. we learn that for the first time ever, he feels lost. He's looking for someone that is killing people he knows. He has a crude mask, and it's very similar to Evangeline's. They are looking for the same people. He told us about Imogene and that she is guarding the 4 celestials....which is contradiction to what we know.
 
Remish goes off on a tangent about how nothing is real, and the Yannis and Imogene we saw were an echo, and when we told him Yannis was the one guarding the single celestial, He says something cryptic like, Oh, that's how Imogene must remember it.
 
It's all very confusing. We learn that Remish is trying to protect Preson, our mark....he says that the masked people are after him. The masked people killed Greg, Lindas body guard. Which is confusing, because Linda and Greg were the ones hiring us to take out Preson.
 
Evangeline asks Linda about this, and she's just as confused, so she goes to talk. We learn from Remish that Preson was actually trying to help Linda's father get out. The plan is to get him out and resurrect him. Preson was helping the whole time. the Resurrection is going to occur in 10 days.
 
We ultimately settle on using a smoke bomb to distract the parade while Remish gets Preson out of there. We will get a body from a grave and get some clothes and jewelry from preson, put it on the cadaver and use that to make it look like Preson is dead.
 
We get to the beach and head to Hearth. Evangeline and Thunda head to Preson, Craig heads to the inn to book rooms for us. Themon looks for supplies for a bomb. Azaria tricks some rich looking guy off the street into signing a contract....which lead to her getting a body??? An so it begins..we are the bad guys.
 
Evangeline, Remish and Thunda send a note for Preson, and a guard escorts them to him. We tell Preson the plan. turns out that Thaddius is there, and he was actually planning on killing Preson for real and Solan resurrecting him? Things get heated and Thaddius wants to call Solan on a sending stone. Evangeline pickpockets it from him and puts it in Remish's pocket. Thaddius leaves and we can't find him.
 
We get to the inn. WE find Azaria there with the corpse of a guys she tricked into dieing, and she takes no responsibility for it. Themon builds the most amazing bombs, and we have to tell him to tone it down a bit, and he is able to do that.
 
We get everything set up successfully. Themon positions himself int he clocktower to help keep an eye out for any masked people just in case there are other assassins here. Thunda will have Archimedes fly up to keep an eye on things.
 
As the plan goes off, the smoke and bombs start to go off, and Remish runs off after Preson. AT that moment, someone sneaks up to Evangeline, rummages through her bag, and then she becomes stunned. Remish finds Craig and tells him that he can't' find Preson. The whole plan seems to be going awry.
 
Thunda discovers that Evangeline is lying flat on the platform, and the bomb is about to go off. There is blood everywhere. Craig gets to her in the nick of time and gets her, and as he runs with her, the bomb goes off.
 
Remish tells the group that someone from the podium ran down an alley. Evangeline is unconscious and barely alive. Thunda sounds her owl down the alleyway where Remish saw someone run. And as Archimedes is flying, an arrow pierces her and kills her.
 
Themon cures Evangeline, and she doesn't find anything missing from her bag. Thunda suspects that Thadius is behind this and might have been trying to find the sending stone from her. But why would he throw her onto the podium? Thunda suspects that Thaddeus may have killed Evangeline's parents to traumatize her and manipulate her.
 
Linda wants to go to the neighboring town to see if her husband's body is still there. We have to escort her, because the contract says we have to do whatever she says. So, we do that. We head to Swatha. this is where Evangeline is from. As we are walking, Evangeline walks by her house and sees a young girl walk out. The girl's name is Jessica Thorne, and she believes that she is the one who lost her family and is very confused about Evangeline.
 
Thaddius walks up and it turns out that JEssica Thorne is a brainwashed plant that had false memories planted by the academy? Evangeline confronts Thaddius about this, and he says he can't tell her around everyone else??
 
Thadius has changed clothes and he has the "missing" sending stone. When Evangeline confronts him about it, he claims it must be the one that he never left Solan.
 
We decide to go check on Linda's dad, and his body is in the church where it belongs.
 
Craig talks to the priest and learns that Linda's dad is scheduled for resurrection. He tells us that if we help him dig some fresh graves, then he will resurrect him sooner.
 
Everyone decides to sleep at the church except Azaria and Thaddius. Evangeline goes with Thaddius to try and find out what is going on. This is where we end.
