The Vandals are a ragtag group of misfits dedicated to protecting the residents of the The Canyons. Originally assembled by Dutch, they use an anonymous net app called 'Defacer', a community message board which the team drags for injustices that need correcting.

The Edge City Police officially believe the Vandals are an urban legend, though recent events have raised suspicion.

In issue #0, the Vandals rescued Gail Jordan-Gordon. This generated a number of opinion pieces boosting the public opinion of the team.

Due to Vendetta being a exiled Nightstalker, the two groups hold each other in distain. The Vandals consider the Nightsalkers too extremist, and in return the Nightstalkers consider them weak.

Las Plagas is out of the Vandals league, but that doesn't mean they won't have a go at them.
