White Cobra Gang
White Cobras are unique among the gangs of Edge City in that they focus less on attaining territory and more on controlling illicit industries; specializing in theft, corporate sabotage, and black market tech.
History
Deanna Brady, the White Cobra, built the gang from the ground up. She spent the better part of a decade solidifying her reputation as a master thief and corporate saboteur before switching her focus to finding and managing new talent. Brady stopped taking jobs from Las Plagas and The Syndicate and established her own connections within the mega corporations of Edge City. While the other gangs waged bloody warfare on the streets, the White Cobras went to work acquiring tech and building a network of informants and collaborators. The Cobras control no territories and have no base of power in the city, at least not in a physical sense, but they have established themselves as premiere dealers of arms and information, as well as the finest thieves and saboteurs for hire in Edge City.
