Loma is well-trained and muscular. Like every securer, he has access to the best health care on Ranul.

Loma is a highly-experienced interceptor pilot. In addition to that, he is trained in the use of the Securer raygun and hand-to-hand combat.

He holds an advanced degree in law studies which is a fundamental requirement for high-ranking securer officers.
Employment
After completing his law studies, Loma began training to become a Securer in the Executive Division of Western Redo-Iv. During that time he was employed as a nuruta of the traffic section.
Following the completion of his training, he served as a gotu for about 4 years, earning a reputation as the best interceptor pilot in that district. He was eventually recruited for the Securer Special Responders because of these skills.
When his younger daughter entered school, he took up further law studies in order to obtain an advanced degree. This additional qualification made him eligible for leading positions, and after about a year he became the ipiz leading the traffic section of Western Redo-Iv.
Later, when Il-Arka was promoted to the position of Executive Securer Chief, she requested Loma as her second-in-command and he accepted without hesitation.

Loma wishes for people to rest assured that their loved ones will come home in one piece. This includes commuters on their way to and from work as well as fellow Securers on dangerous missions.
