Medium Pistols
Medium Pistols are the lightest pistols a user can acquire. Poor at armour piercing, but cheap, and fires quickly. Still has a worthwhile sting if you know your target isn't gonna be armoured.
The average Medium Pistol has the following stats

A Poor Quality weapon will jam on a Critical Fumble on their Attack Checks
An Excellent Quality weapon will have a +1 to its Attack Checks
An Exotic weapon is considered to be Standard Quality, with 0 starting Attachment Slots, and is incompatible with Non-Basic Ammunition unless otherwise noted. A non exotic weapon that starts with preinstalled Attachments can have those Attachments removed to free up that slot, but that Attachment can only be reattached to a weapon of the same weapon category. An exotic weapon cannot have its preinstalled attachments removed. Unless otherwise stated, they use the following Range Table
Air Pistol:
An airgun designed to fire paint balls. Originally made for paintball sports, gangs quickly discovered that they could fill the paintballs with acid instead to turn it into a proper weapon. The volume of acid in each paintball is still too low to do meaningful damage, but it will weaken the integrity of armour it hits instead. Great for trying to capture someone alive.
An Exotic Medium Pistol. Fires paint balls, which are typically filled with paint, and thus deal no damage. If you've filled the paint balls with Acid however, each successful hit will lower the target's SP in that area by 1. This weapon cannot cause Critical Injuries. Ammunition costs the same as for a normal Medium Pistol, even if filled with acid.
Dai Lung Streetmaster:
The ultimate in cheap guns, available in vendits and bodegas everywhere. Modelled (loosely) after Towa's T ype-12
A Poor Quality Medium Pistol.
Duel Caster:
A bulky winged triangular plastic housing for your Elflines Online TCG Deck, with an included revving trigger and a pair of very overactive flywheels that act with enough power that many classify this as a 'weapon'.
An Exotic Medium Pistol. It is ROF 3 and allows you to make 3 Attack Checks per Attack Action if it is the only weapon you're firing this Round. Otherwise, it is 2 ROF. The Duel Caster deals 1d6 damage and cannot be concealed. Instead of firing bullets, it fires Elflines Online TCG cards. The cards can be recovered after they are fired, but they will no longer be in mint condition. The Duel Caster has a capacity of 26 cards (one Elflines Online deck). It can also be loaded with standard playing cards, costing 5eb per deck, but doing so causes the Duel Caster to act like a Poor Quality Weapon until proper Elflines Online TCG cards are swapped in.
Faisal's Escape Plan:
Sometimes, fighting isn't the answer, and sometimes, it is. This weapon is for both of those times.
A Poor Quality Medium Pistol. It comes with a tab that can be pulled without an Action. After the tab is pulled, the Escape Plan no longer functions as a Medium Pistol and instead becomes a Smoke Grenade that must be thrown by the end of the user's Turn. Once the grenade explodes,

An Excellent Quality Exotic Medium Pistol with a Magazine Size of 10. As an Action you can activate or deactivate HypurrburstTM. While in HypurrburstTM mode the MicroCutie is ROF1, purrs audibly, and deals 4D6 damage but drains all remaining bullets from the magazine to fire once. The gun automatically disables HypurrburstTM when there are fewer than 4 bullets in the magazine. HypurrburstTM cannot be used to make Aimed Shots.
Militech Avenger:
A solid, excellently engineered sidearm with a proven history. It remains in use in the US military, where it is primarily assigned to rear-area officers.
An Excellent Quality Medium Pistol
Nomad .357 Magnum:
Sturdy and user-friendly, each .357 Magnum is lovingly hand-crafted by nomad weaponsmiths and comes in a variety of form factors. Commonly found in the glove compartments of nomad vehicles.
A Standard Quality Medium Pistol. It comes equipped with a preinstalled Extended Magazine.
Towa Type-12 Police Pistol:
In the late 2010s, Towa won the contract to arm beat cops in Tokyo. Surprisingly, their engineers produced a high-quality revolver with an integrated smartlink instead of the company's usual low-effort knockoffs.
An Excellent Quality Medium Pistol with a 6-shot capacity. It comes equipped with an installed Smartgun Link. Incompatible with all magazine Attachments.

Implanted Medium Pistols
Unless otherwise stated, any of the above firearms can be installed in a popup mount inside a cyberarm for an additional 500eb, 7 (2d6) HL, and 2 Option Slots. If they were not concealable beforehand, it is now concealable.
