Saturn
Known mostly for it's moon, Titan, Saturn is the second most populated Outer Solar System Planet, and was once a major source of He3, before Uranus and Neptune were properly colonized and exploited. Nowadays its industry is mostly based around the extraction of volatiles and Nitrogen from Titan, as well as the mining of the many iceteroids in it's ring. Saturn has a lot of orbital habitats, made from local material, as very few of the moons are worth setting up ground operations on.

Ices, Volatiles, Nitrogen. Lots of Hydrogen, though it is expensive and energy intensive to extract compared to the Ice Giants.
