Utopia
The main and first city of mars, with nearly 300 million people, it is the capitol of the PDRM. Built under a series of domes and extending nearly a kilometer underground, it a truly modern city, even if many of the older buildings are nearing their 200th year

Government
PDRM is based here, with the bicameral parliament sitting in a large ornate building in the center. For many important issues however, the populace is queried and polled directly. The city represented by 6 senators and 60 MPs.

History
Established as a simple colony and landing site in 2054, Utopia was named for the basin it is situated in, as well as as a hopeful ideal for the city.
Architecture
Many of the older buildings are built to be interdependently pressurized and are general cylindrical. Newer buildings have emergency lock down pressurization, but are built with the surrounding atmosphere in mind
