Ire (ˈaɪr)

Ire wyverns belong to the genus Ire, encompassing several distinct species. They are extremely aggressive wyverns and are quite fast. They have hollow quills on their tails that they can throw out in a volley at an attacker.
They are usually not tamable because of their aggression; however, they can be with enough dedication and patience.

Basic Information

Anatomy

It's a wyvern; Only the two back legs, with two wings that they use like front legs, kinda like a bat. The Ire also has hollow quills on its tail that it can launch out at a high velocity at an attacker.

This was a species of dragon that was originally going to be in a game Nulcheck and his friends wanted to make. It was originally going to be a dragon, instead of a wyvern.^[1][2]

This species was originally inspired by the Night Fury from How to Train Your Dragon.^[3]

The word "ire" is a synonym for "fury".

This was the first wyvern species created for Legends of the Dragonguard.
