Director of Finances and Resources

The Director of Finances and Resources is a civilian-appointed position responsible for managing the finances and human resource activities of the Dragonguard Alliance. This includes planning, directing, or coordinating accounting, insurance, securities, and other financial activities. They also manage employee policies, benefits, and recruitment.
In addition to their operational responsibilities, the Director of Finances and Resources holds a prominent position on the Board of Directors. Unlike some of the other directors on the board, the F&R Director is a civilian and not an enlisted member of the Dragonguard.
This is one of the director positions, along with the Director of Public Affairs, that was introduced after the formation of the Dragonguard Alliance. Despite being a civilian position, the initial establishment of the position was held by an enlisted member for several years until after the Draconian War. Today, the position is strictly a civilian-appointed; they can't even be a Dragonguard veteran. This was to promote transparency within the Alliance for the public.
