He is the current President of the Federation, claiming the role in the 4756AC Federal Election. A member, and leader of the Andisien Party of Democracy, Black's administration come into government on the promise of national and international unity and peace, instead, he has overseen one of the most tumultuous periods the Federation has faced since the 2nd Galactical War. Numerous crisies have presented themselves, including most notably the 4760 Kidnapping Crisis, the Praebian Nuclear Crisis, the Jenmoreneat Rebellion, and the FNV Porter Hijacking & Attacks.
