Ytene
The ancestral home and demesne lands of the Carillon family. Home of Geoffrey Carillon beginning with his return to England in late 1921.
Ytene is mentioned as an estate in the Domesday book, and is located in the northern part of the New Forest, a little east from Eyeworth and True Eyeworth.
It has a portal (private to the household, bar emergencies), extensive gardens, and a healing well not far away. (Though to be fair, much of England has something identified as a healing well within a mile or two.)
