"I'm sorry if we are a bit... much. I'm just... not used to having a brother around. I hope I haven't... scared you too much," I try to keep focus on his eyes in the back mirror, but my eyes waver a bit. Why is this so hard?

"Yeah.. I mean, no. No, you're just... yourselves. I'm sorry if I've... been cramping your style... You're just so cool. Doing whatever you love and stuff - Mom would never let me experience life." Oh my god, did he just call me cool? "She will be happy to hear that I found you."

"What?" I slam the breaks.

"Yeah, I plagued her until she let me go on this trip - paid for it and everything. She really wants to see you too."

"Well, I don't ever want to see her!"

"Why not? She's your mom!" Felix asks frustratedly.

"Uhh, maybe because she dumped me like fucking garbage!"

"No, that was all dad!"

"Well, then she could have fucking fought for me!"

"She did! They got divorced and everything! Everything fell apart because of him, Lena! You didn't just lose us - we lost you too!"

"DON'T call me by that name!" Yesterday was so good. Why can't things just be good and calm and fucking unproblematic?
