YoCP Episode 14: Introductions
I take Felix out to properly meet the girls. I wonder how long they've been standing there, following our awkward meeting. But I guess I am the one who asked them to be nearby.
"This is Kass... and I guess Zeldine you know," I smile at him before I turn and send Zeldine a very stern look, which she pretends to ignore as she ignores his hand and goes for a surprise hug.
"Any brother of Alea's is a brother of mine!" she says gleefully, winking at me. I take that as us having an understanding, and I loosen up a bit.
"This is Felix - My... brother." God, that feels weird to say. "Is there anything you'd like to see while you're here?"
"Uh! we should totally show him Evergreen!" Zeldine yells enthusiastically.
"Is that your... place? Grove...? Is that right? I would love to!" Felix replies: "I mean... if it's allowed" We all look at each other. Is it allowed? It must be, right?
"...sure, we can do that!" I say trying to sound confident. "Just... be prepared for it to be a wild place."
