Gruun (Groon)
Though not a permanent settlement of any kind, Gruun is a meeting point for several clans of Gigantes that inhabit the Western Miradell Mountains. The clans gather here to trade both goods and to share their songs, but more importantly it is also the location where the Greatmoot is held. The Greatmoot is a rare convening of all the chiefs of the western clans, held only is times of great hardship and need. Even more rarely, the chiefs will elect one among them to guide their people as High Chief, usually until some crisis has been overcome. This has only happened twice in recent memory, but the arrival of more humans in the region spurs talk among the clans of the need for a new High Chief to prevent the encroachment upon their lands.
