The Sirasion Empire
The Sirasion Empire is one of the, if not the most powerful Empire in the Galaxy. It controls the majority of Galactic territories and has played a pivotal role in the fate of the Galaxy for centuries since its inception.
The Empire was formed in the ashes of a bloody war between the four groups of Sirasion subspecies. it has faced many hardships, has seen both crushing victory and tragic defeat time and time again, but throughout it all stood strong as an imposing monolith against those who dare oppose it.
"Those who serve us shall be rewarded, those who collaborate with us shall be respected, and those who resist us shall be crushed beneath" - Supreme Admiral and former Emperor Sal'tarn Darkstar
Structure
The Empire is by all means a militarized nation, with war being such a big part of Sirasion culture, their faction is no exception. the Empire is, as suggested, run by a single emperor, who over the years has been chosen through a series of vague cave paintings on Siran. as the empire became more advanced, the cave paintings were seen more as a religious prophecy over a set choice of who the leader should be. The emperor must be strong, powerfull and most importantly, fiercely inspiring to his followers. Should an emperor fail to be these things, the predatory attitudes of the Sirasion people will have him dethroned.
Second to the Emperor is the High Council and the War Council. the high council is a group of six individuals who are entirely responsible for dealing with internal matters within the Empire, such as resource allocation, in-faction trade and talking to nations under the Empires borders. the War Council on the other hand does not have a set amount of members, the number may change depending on how many active fronts there are. the War Council definitely holds the most sway within the Empire, they as a collective being the only ones able to overrule the emperors decision. the War Council deal with matters concerning the Empire's safety, as well as diplomacy with the other large factions.
military ranks within the Sirasion Empire very much extend to society aswell, someone who has achieved a higher rank in the military is considered socially superior to someone who has achieved a lower one.
Recruit (Karuk)
A recruit is the first rank of military. when a Sirasion has come of age and it is time for their mandatory military service this is the rank they start at. Generally every Sirasion has achieved recruit status in their lifetime.
Soldier (Han'karuk)
The rank of soldier is automatically attained after an individual has been in service for one year or more
Sergeant(Galak)
The Sergeant is responsible for leading a squad of troops. The name may change depending on their role on the battlefield. for example, a Sergent in charge of a heavy weapons squad will be referred to as a gunnery sergeant.
Battlemaster(Ahk'tan)
this rank is given to a sergeant if he is deemed worthy enough to be in command of multiple squads on the battle field, this rank will often be responsible for directing about two to four sergeants and there squads on a battle field.
Warlord (Zan'darch)
The Warlord rank is given to an individual who oversees an entire force of soldiers, typically a warlord will have several dozen battlemasters under their command as well as their subsequent forces.
Warmaster (Zan'Kanak)
The Warmaster is responsible for an entire planetary campaign, depending on the size of the planet, multiple Warmasters may be fielded. if it is a system wide campaign, , all the warmasters will be under the command of a High Warmaster
Warmarshall (Loque'arch)
The highest of the Sirasion military ranks, the Warmarshal is responsible for the overseeing of entire war fronts. they are also the equivalent to an admiral or field marshal, having command over a huge number of forces. the only ranks they answer to are individuals on the war council and the emperor himself.
High Warmarshall (Loque'tan)
a High Warmarshall is responsible for what goes on in an entire galactic sector, with there currently being seven imperial sectors, seven individuals hold this rank. This rank is only issued to Warmarshalls who have achieved a place on the War Council.
Culture
The Sirasion Empire's culture goes hand in hand with that of the Sirasion species; Might equals right. The stronger you are as an individual, both physically and mentally, equates to how much your peers will respect you. An individual born physically weak either due to poor genetics or illness will make it their lifes goal to overcome their weakness, in doing so, gaining respect from their allies. individuals who become weak out of laziness or mental stress are heavily looked down upon. Although, physical strength is not everything. A quick wit and calculating mind is valued highly along with physical strength. To defeat ones enemy without having to lift a finger is considered and achievement in its own right. But even still, the value of being able to put ones money where ones mouth is remains a constant in the Sirasion Empire. Even the brainiest individuals must possess some sort of brawn. While the Sirasion Empire understand mental troubles such as trauma and stress, to allow yourself to be defeated by such things is inherantly weak. For species such as humans who suffer from this to a greater degree than Sirasions, it makes it hard for them to find a respected place within Sirasion society, and there for, the Empire.
The Sirasion Empire is as much a part of Sirasion Society as Society itself. Every Sirasion loyal to their people is considered an imperial citizen. Even those members of factions such as the Sirasion Contingency who have renounced their imperial roots are still considered wayward imperials. Sirasions who defect and integrate with non Sirasion groups are looked at with less trust however. To turn ones back on ones own species is considered an unforgivable action. Sirasions do not operate in country based governments, with every community, as independant as they may be, serving the greater good of the Sirasion species, and by extension, the empire, in some way.
Mandatory Military Service.
The Sirasion people being a warrior race, it comes as no surprise that they are incredibly millitant. Once a Sirasion has completely their rite of adulthood, the first thing they are expected to do is take up arms on behalf of their people and Empire. The rite of adulthood helps accessors allocate which individuals would be suited where, often based on how they did during the trials along with the results of multiple tests. Some individuals are allowed to choose where they do in the Imperial military providing they performed well enough during their rite. The length of the service differs depending on ones homeworld, with different communities throughout the galaxy having different standards. On one world which is known for producing some of the best educated Sirasion minds, may only require a year of service, while another world with a less adademic and more millitaristic culture may require more. The minimum amount of service any one Sirasion will do is a year. That year will be spent training the individual in all the necessary practises they need to be ready for war. The year is split into three sections. Phase 1, phase 2 and phase 3. Phase 1 acts as basic boot camp, training the soldier in all the basic field skills transferrable across all branches of the military. This is one of the tougher phases. Phase 2 is training specific to the individuals role. An infantry soldier will become advanced weapons training, while a naval crewman will begin training aboard a star ship. Phase three is their first tour of duty. In this time they are considered a full member of the Sirasion military as recruit rank. After completing a year, the individual is promoted to a full soldier if they choose to stay in. The likliness of an individual seeing combat vastly differs depending on where they come from, which division they get asigned to and other such things. For example, a navy recruit from Siran is most likely to do their training and tour onboard a star ship in the Zorak Sector. While an individual from a planet in the Azerus Sector is more likely to see combat with other faction forces due to their proximity to the border. Most training phases are completed within home sectors such as the Zorak sector and the Trikus sector, both areas being considered the most low risk when it comes to interfaction violence. Although, due to the likes of pirates and other such upstarts, not seeing combat during phase 2 training is not guarenteed. To quit ones mandatory military service is seen as one of the grestest dishonours in the Sirasion Empire and society as a whole. To leave before your service is complete is considered not only turning your back on the Empire, but also you species, no matter how small of a role you have. This total disdaine for deserters and combined unity in going through military service is what binds most Sirasion communities together. The only acceptable reasons for ending ones military service early is significant injury or the death of a close friend of family member. but even then, due to the societial pressure to complete ones assigned service, those who take time out often go back in to complete their service, even if it is after spending years recovering from a debilitating injury. Avoiding military service in the Sirasion Empire is virtually impossible to do legally. The only exception to this is if you as an individual have achieved something so important to the Sirasion people that taking time out to join the military would severely impede on that thing. Even then, the individual is still expected to complete phase one of military training, which takes several months. Once again, due to societial pressure, even the most brilliant of young scientists or engineers will often at a later point complete both phase 2 and 3 of their military service. In such circumstances such individuals are often permitted lower risk deployments. The only other way to avoid mandatory military service is to recieve an Official Notice of Pardon. Individuals considered for this will have to have done something so noteworthy, so beneficial to Sirasion or imperial society by the time they reach the service age of 13 in order to even be considered for one of these notices. In all the years of the Sirasion Empire, only a handful of these have ever been given out. Not even former emperor Zurrok was issued one. Most of the societal rules of mandatory military service tend to mostly apply to Sirasions, with other species that comprise the Empire viewing it in other less, or in some cases more extreme ways. Other minor nations of different species that act as allies of the Sirasion Empire are allowed to make their own rules when deciding this, although, those who have aligned themselves with the Sirasion Empire as full allies, often share similar ideals, thus willingy take part in the rite of adulthood rituals and a similar structure of mandatory military service in the name of the Empire. Some other races have adopted the Sirasions culture so heavily it has surpassed their own. Such dedicated groups comprising the Imperial Auxillery force; the fighting people of the Empire who are made up mostly of non Sirasions.Assets
The Sirasion Empire boasts one of the largest and most powerful militaries the galaxy has ever known. in the Empire, technology advances solely so the Sirasions may crush those that defy them. the amount of planets under imperial influence is nearly uncountable, with their expansive military they keep these worlds in check.
History
The Sirasion Empire's beginnings start long before their venture to the stars. The concept of the Empire began at the start of a bloody war that took place between the three main Sirasion races as well as an emerging fourth. The four races had been in a constant state of fighting throughout the planets history in various stages of their developments; the warriors of the Mok'zahl, the desert dwellers of the Zar'heel, the intellectuals of the Zor'khan and newest race who were quickly growing in numbers; the Mok'khan.
In the Sirasion civilization stage technology was not dissimilar to in appearance to what they use in the modern galaxy. However they had one roadblock that stopped them from advancing; computers. No Sirasion, not even the Zor'khan, could create a powerful enough computer chip to run some of the more advanced concepts and designs such as star ships and the newly conceptualised hyperspace engine.
Eventually it would be the Mok'khan that would gain supremacy with their balance of strength and intellect and establish what would become known as the Sirasion Empire.
The Empire would quell anyone disagreeing with its regime and eventually establish a planet wide loyalty under the first Emperor; Zar'kor. Zar'kor would rule for his entire life until he became too frail, appointing a successor in the form of one of his council members; Mar'ekh. This would establish the tradition of the Emperor choosing who his successor would be based on their strength and capabilities. It would continue this way until the reign of Emperor Vel'dak. By this time the Sirasion Empire had begun its explorations into space, having discovered the other planets in the Zorak system. They had all the means and materials (most of which were mined and brought back from Plask ) for further exploration and even conquering, their attained technology level being as good as if not better than some other galactic spanning nations at the time, having mastered high end concepts such as laser weapory and sub-light space travel. Still however they lacked the ability to make complex calculations quickly, their computing ability being similar to Earth at the time of the space race.
It was at this time the Sirasions would encounter the Rekhtons in the form of several scavenger fleets converging on their home system at once. The minescule fleet the Sirasions had developed was destroyed in a matter of hours. Quickly they were pushed back down to Siran's surface. The Sirasions held out against the Rekhton onslaught for several months, Emperor Vel'dak being killed in this time without appointing a successor. The Empire was in shambles, its people divided and with little hope of survival.
At the height of the Rekhton invasion, a group of Sirasion scientists discovered a crashed salvager ship that had hoped to capitalise on the fighting but flew a little too close. The contents of which weren't remarkable except for a strange contraption that would later become known as the first Spiderdroid.
Inside the spider droid was everything the scientists needed to make their technological breakthrough in computing, the technology onboard the droid acting as a missing link of sorts. With the droid the Sirasions figured out how to create smaller computer chips as well as program more complex software. With scientist teams working day and night eventually the reverse engineered Spider Droid was completed and unleashed upon the Rektons. Its computers allowing for the deployment of technology such as shields, which in the Sirasion Empire only existed as large domes over cities at the time, into smaller packages that could fit on the droids themselves or star ships. Eventually, mostly thanks to the breakthrough that was the spider droid, the Sirasions destroyed the Rekton ships.
After a brief period of celebration, a massive power vacuum ensued, with many stepping up to claim the position of Emperor only to be challenged by someone stronger. The Empire was still being run by Vel'dak's war council and was making significant headway in galactic exploration and conquering at this time. During this time a mysterious organization known as The Watchers came to power. The Watchers was made up of a group of mysterious Sirasions which included members of the military and other positions of power who secretly pulled strings behind the scenes, often without the knowledge of the current Emperor. They believed that clues to the next Emperor could be found inside the original Spider Droid that crashed during the Rekhton invasion.
Upon trawling through its databanks, something the Sirasions now understood fully, they discovered the identity of the droid's creator. After figuring out which planet he was from the Watchers lead an effort to find him. It did not take long for the determined Watchers to find the human they would name Zurrok , which roughly translates to Creator in the Sirasion language. Zurrok took the opportunity to leave Earth behind and start a new life with the Sirasions, not knowing that they planned to eventually make him Emperor.
Zurrok would help the Sirasions develop similar technologies to the Spider Droid as well as be taken under the wing of Warmaster Skar, a well respected millitary leader and member of the Watchers organization. Skar would act as somewhat of a father figure to Zurrok, helping him adapt to his very new life, as well as saving him from an assassination attempt by a rival organization who had figured out the Watchers plan to eventually make a human into the Sirasion Emperor. The rival group attempted to shoot Zurrok and throw him out of a moving aircraft, but due to Skar's quick thinking and application of the experimental nanobots Zurrok and the science team had been working on, as well as an at the time unheard of amount of cybernetic surgery, Zurrok was saved.
By this time, Zurrok was on the war council and despite his non-Sirasion heritage, had gained significant influence among Siran's people, however this did not change the fact the Watchers were effectively grooming him into being the perfect Emperor in an attempt to secure more power for themselves also.
Eventually Zurrok had gained so much favour and shown himself, with his now vastly improved cybernetics, that he was no weakling either. Despite this, the rest of the council would not take him seriously due to his race. It was here the Watchers made their move, overthrowing the entire council and appointing themselves as its new members with Zurrok as the Emperor. He was crowned Emperor only a few years before the Sirasion people would meet one of their biggest challenges to date; the High Tekno
From the High Tekno Order’s point of view, the Sirasions were just another race to be exterminated in their crusade - they didn’t expect the resistance they were met with. Zurrok would lead the Empire out of the High Tekno War as victors, snuffing out the High Tekno Order’s ideals.
The next few decades were calm. As the Sirasion Empire grew, so did the amount of Humans in its territory. In Sirasion history it was never certain who exactly started the rebellion (see the Great Uprising for more details), but it would eventually lead to the defeat of the Sirasion Empire. A well-planned cyber attack managed to disable the Sirasion Wardroid Network for long enough so that the rebels could make a significant push against the Empire. That nudge was all it took to send the Sirasions running.
But it wasn't over yet. In case something like this were to happen, hoards and hoards of the newly discovered material called Tesseract were buried under Siran’s surface. By using Tesseract’s anomalous, dimension-hopping properties, the idea was the Sirasions could hide their entire planet in another plane of existence until they had rebuilt and were able to return to the Galaxy. The plan was a success. On the other side, they waited for 200 years.
With Siran fortified and ready for war, the Sirasions returned to the Galaxy to find it very much changed. Their objectives remained the same: they wanted their territory back but were denied it. After negotiations failed, the Sirasions turned the full force of their new fleet on the now-ruling Galactic Alliance. Thus the Galactic War began.
The Galactic War raged for around 50 years, the Empire enduring many hardships throughout. There were ceasefires, purges, corruption, even the return of their old enemy in the form of the Necrophtyes. Eventually they would emerge victorious against the Alliance. Imperial flags would finally fly on Caldur Primarus, blockading the planet and forcing it to surrender in what was one of the greatest military blunders in the history of the Galaxy on the Alliance’s part.
It would not be long until the Sirasion Empire was caught up in yet another war however: the Extinction War. This war was mainly fought against the Necrophtyes and their hordes and hordes of shocktroopers, harkening back to the wars with the rekhtons. It was at this time the Yaku collective entered the fray as a powerfull player on the galactic board. The Sirasions had no choice but to work with what remained of the galactic Alliance to fight off the onslaught of Necrophytes and Yaku. This conflict would be the beginning of the extinction war, the bloodiest and most costly war the galaxy had ever seen.
Eventually the Necrophytes leader, the mad ruler Regenold was overthrown by the rightful ruler, King Grek. after this the necrophytes ceased fighting with the Sirasions and the two factions began to establish the building blocks of an alliance.
The Yaku had also lost significant strength in the fighting, mostly having backed off. Zurrok had made them a target for mercenaries, offering a substantial reward for any dead Yaku presented to imperial officials. It seemed the galaxy was settling for an era of peace. However this was shattered when the ancient High Teknoh station known as Tartorus was discovered. All the major factions rushed to be the first to uncover the abundant secrets hidden within.
Secretly in the expeditionary force, Trezekh, the Sirasion god of shadows had inserted himself into the party. After he discovered part of his missing tool referred to as the world forger, he revealed himself to the group. After this strange signatures began popping up all over the galaxy. All pieces of the world forger. All ideas of peace were shattered almost instantly as all the factions rushed to obtain as many of these pieces as possible. It was at this time the Galactic Alliance resecured independence from the Sirasions.
The fragments of the world forger it turned out would not be enough to harness its supreme power, so the factions set their sights on the ten Omega Activators. Similar devices to the Omega Lock, which was later discovered to be part of the puzzle. Once all ten omega activators were brought together the location of the second half of the tool would be revealed. The omega activators in themselves were extremely powerful devices, the Sirasions using the one they acquired to power the super ship, the S.I.N Kraken.
Not long into this conflict the Yaku were almost completely wiped out by a race that followed them from their own galaxy called the Rada, they essentially replaced the Yaku as another major faction.
The war for the omega activators raged for a number of years, throughout this time the Sirasions cemented their alligiance with the necrophytes, Zurrok stepped down as Emperor, appointing Saltarn Darkstar as his successor, whos first order was to invade the Skaronian captial world of New Skara. The Skaronians having established themselves as another big player just before the Omega Activators occured. The invasion was a resounding success, cementing his position as the new emperor.
The parasitic Rada race had an exponential boom in numbers shortly after, discovering new ways to parasitize the galaxys densiens. Until this point their leader, Khizra, wanted to live in harmony with the rest of the factions, but he was overthrown by the warmongering Bashi, who aggressively sent forces to infest and kill as many of the major factions people as possible. In this bloody campaign his forces managed to secure all ten omega activators. The major factions including the Sirasions tried to stop the Rada from getting to the other half of the world forger, but despite their efforts the Rada acquired it and the omega lock. With the world forger assembled Bashi could in act his grand plan. He absorbed as much omega energy as he could and used it to summon the source of the Rada species; the great worm. In the battle to stop Bashi Darkstar was severely injured, nearly losing his life.
Despite the major factions failure to stop Bashi, the great worm didn't outright destroy everything like the Rada leader had hoped, instead it seemingly destroyed Bashi and assumed a fairly passive state.
With the defeat of Bashi, the arrival of the great worm and the destruction of the omega locks, a new age begins in the galaxy. The factions have finally set aside their differences and have learned to live in harmony with one another, making the galaxy a safer and happier for all.
The day that galactic wide peace was declared would forever been known as 'the festival of peace' throughout the galaxy. With it being celebrated by all major factions and civilizations.
But to get to this stage, things had to change. Factions had to evolve and some had to disband entirely. In this document we look at various empires, people and places that will be forever changed by the declaration of galactic wide peace, and where they stand today in the big cosmic fishbowl that is the milky way.
The Sirasion Empire were at first stubborn.. At first they were unwilling to accept peace with the 'lesser races' , however this was under the rule of Emperor Darkstar.
During the final battle over Kyran, Darkstar himself took part with his capital ship, but the orbital assault failed, in which a large amount of ships were lost on all sides, including the Necrophyte's voidlord. Darkstar's ship took massive damage to the bridge, badly wounding him and most of the bridge crew.
Darkstar remained in critical condition even as the emergency meeting between all sides took place on the necrophyte hidden station, and it was thought that he would perish from his injuries. He himself was under this impression also, so it was seen fit that the war council would take over leadership of the empire until his recovery.
Darkstar, after some convincing, did accept the offer of galactic peace while on what was believed to be his death bed. However it was found that a process could be done to save him, but at a cost; Darkstar was so badly wounded not even the best Sirasion nanobots or cybernetics would be able to sustain him for long, so he would have to be hooked up to a specialised, fixed life support unit until a smaller, more portable one would be developed. Darkstar chose the location of this life support unit to be onboard the bridge of his recovered capital ship, from which he would lead the Sirasion armada as its immortal admiral, never leaving his ship.
Several years down the line, it was concluded the only way to allow Darkstar full portability was to transfer his mind into a droid body, the same process that was carried out on Khaine, former chieftain of the highguard. Darkstar however refused, not wanting to abandoned his damaged, yet natural body. He declared that he would permanently remain as head of the armada from onboard his ship, and gave the war council (of which he was still a part of) the choice on who the next emperor would be.
Skipping back a couple of years, when the news came that the war council deemed Darkstar no longer fit to serve as emperor due to his condition, the Sirasion people became divided. There had always been a barrier between the two groups of people who still clung to Zurrok's ideals, and those who embraced the new, more radical views of Darkstar. Ofcourse due to Darkstar becoming emperor, the amount of people who followed him became larger, however this didn't stop celebrations by the anti-darkstar groups, celebrations of which were in some cases targeted by his supporters. This lead to a Sirasion civil war that went on for several years,
After the announcement of the war council deciding on a new emperor, people became even more divided, now people were not only opposing the views of others, they were also backing those they thought should become the new emperor. With the ancient cave destroyed it was anyone game now.
Sypherian, who had remained fairly absent from war council matters, finally said goodbye to Trezekh. Who had finally left his mortal form and returned to the god realm to face his punishment for starting the war over the omega locks and the god tool. Before he left however, he and Sypherian shared one final night together, in which Sypherian became pregnant with the mortal avatar of Trezekh's child.
She would take leave from the war council for a few years to bring up her new daughter alone, when she finally returned to work, the cult of Trezekh had changed, with Trezekh gone from the galaxy, no one felt his presence anymore, the operatives motivation to continue rituals dwindled, thus over the years the ideals that made the cult of Trezekh what it was, died out. While it still remained the back bone of imperial intelligence, it was just that now, nothing more.
The cult of Trezekh would be officially disbanded and re made into the Sirasion imperial inteligence section (SIIS), of which Sypherian remained the head off.
As Sar'lira, sypherians daughter, grew up, it was aparent she had taken on some abilities from her father. She seemed much happier at night and seemed to possess the basic ability to manipulate light. She did exceptionally well in her training, and passed her trial to adulthood with flying colours. As she got older, she would convince her mother to let her into sit at war council meetings, just to listen.
She would continue showing up to war council meetings, taking notes and learning from the members. Eventually the war council became used to her presence, Sar'lira- would always have ideas to share, but had always been told to stay quiet during meetings, until one day she couldn't help herself and spoke up when something was suggested. While initially she was told to be quiet by her mother, other members of the council liked her idea. This happened more and more over the coming months until her input was even sometimes asked for specifically.
Through this time Sar'lira- was going through her required military service, however a few war council members, namely Sal'tan Darkstar, who had become quite fond of Sar'lira, filed to have her places as official chronicler of the war council, her job would be to record the discussions that took place during the meetings.
In the peace time, the Sirasion empire became far more lenient, now no longer in active war, some believed their warrior traditions were beginning to be forgotten. There was at this point a direct split of opinions within the empire's people, some believed the new, more peaceful and tolerant sirasion empire was the way forward, while others still clung to the old warrior traditions.
Conflict between the two sides got so bad, that there was essentially a separation of the empire, with the more extremist individuals declaring themselves the Sirasion Contingency, established themselves in the what used to be areas of the Zotarus and Citaraz sectors, at this point there was a full on war between them and the Sirasion empire.
It wasn't until some members of the war council, including Sar'lira, were on a diplomatic visit to members of the contingency to figure out their differences when the imperial fleet was ambushed by enemy ships. Sar'lira-'s battleship was forced down to the planet they were battling above and eventually crashed, several war council members died as did much of the crew.
While being hunted by contingency soldiers, Sar'lira saw it as time to take charge, she lead the survivors through the forests and kept everyone together for 40 days until rescue teams found them. Sar'lira was responsible for the survival of several dozen crew and multiple members of the war council.
News of Sar'lira's deeds spread quickly, and eventually she was granted a place on the war council for her valiant efforts.
Several months later, Sar'lira- stopped a terrorist attack by the contingency on a large scale imperial meeting with allied factions, one thing she had picked up from her father was an extreme sense of awareness in the dark, if not for Sar'lira, no one would have seen the detonator in a guest's hand.
The attack was prevented, once again news spread of the event. Sar'lira began to gather quite the following. It was not publicly known that she was the daughter of the avatar of Trezekh at this point, but regardless, keen followers of Trezekh had 'a good feeling' about Sar'lira-.
Over this time, she had thoroughly impressed Darkstar as a leader, with both of them sharing the desire to reunite the empire and build it back into the strong, powerful faction it used to be. As tradition with Darkstar being the former emperor, just as Zurrok had done for him, he appointed Sar'lira- as his successor as emperor (or empress) of the Sirasion Empire.
Initially Sar'lira- wasn't sure she would be up to the task, but she would soon come to terms with it and accept her place as empress at the age of 27.
Plans began immediately to reunite the empire. Propaganda campaigns were started to whip the fighting spirit back into the sirasion empire, but instead of turning them against the rest of the galaxy, their focus was on the 'traitors' that had left the empire and believed they had gone soft. Afterall, after the Sirasion empire was initially established the motto was that any Sirasion who does not follow the emperor is a traitor, and can either fight with the empire, or be crushed beneath it.
More and more people joined the fight against the contingency, including allied factions such as the Katarn. With the true Sirasion fighting spirit back in the empire's people, the contingencies lesser numbers and lack of a wardroid force would cost them their place in the galaxy.
Destroying the Sirasion Contingency would be Sar'lira's first major victory. This victory proved to unite the empire once more, showing those who believed in peace that a united empire is a strong empire, and those who thought the empire was weak that it still had a fighting spirit to call upon.
Territories
The Sirasion Empire controls a significant portion of the galaxy, mostly in the top 'Northern' quarter. its terratory is divided up into seven major sectors, each sector contains thousands of imperial populated planets as well as even more countless allied nations.
The Zorak sector is considered the heart of the Empire, in this sector the population of Sirasions vastly outweighs every other species while the Citaraz and Trikus sectors situated adjacent are also tightly contolled by imperial jurisdiction. the Tarak sector, by far the largest sector, is the least heavily regulated. Within the Tarak sector multiple larger organisations based there, such as the Katarn Trade Fedteration, Violet Star corporation and RBKorp to name a few. the sparseness of imperial patrols also make the sector the easiest to move around in for those less inclined to follow the law.
The Azerus Sector has seen the most fighting out of all the Sirasion's terratory, the planets within it playing host to countless battles between them and the Alliance, Rada and Skaronians. due to this, the sector is full of military based and hyperlane checkpoints. meanwhile the two smallest sectors, the Keritus and Strazitus sectors are just barely majoritably imperial, with them both being home to a large number of Necrophyte allied worlds also. these two sectors are mostly void of Sirasion populated planets aside from the odd colony here and there.
Military
The Imperial military is the heart of the Empire, it is the thing that keeps the Sirasion people united and has an influance in nearly every aspect of Sirasion life.
Sirasion military tactics are all about the advance. Sirasions always prefer to be the attackers. With their blindly fast fighter aircraft they can strike an enemy before they even know whats happening. With their quick and agile wardroid forces they can outflank an entrap the enemy, and then with their infantry equipped for any situation, close in and finish them off. Below are but a few examples of how the Sirasion Empire put their infantry to work on the field of war.
In addition to their deadly infantry, Sirasion vehicles are not something to be underestimated. It is these which have lead to the Sirasion people's deadly reputation when it comes to warfare.
Sirasion War Droids are a staple part of the Siraison Empire. Replacing many armoured ground vehicles in their roles, War Droids can bring a variety of fire power from land, air and sea. From the smallest of troop support and scout in the form of the Stinger Droid, to the multi role versatility of the Spider Droid, all the way to the devestating firepower of the Scorpion Droid, Imperial War Droids have become synomyous with the Sirasion people's engineering prowess.
The Sirasion Wardroid Divisions
The most important part of any large space fairing Empire is its navy. The Sirasion Imperial navy is no exception. It's ships resembling fearsome apex predators that loom over the orbit of worlds ready to bring devestating firepower to bare at any moment, Sirasion built ships have become well known for popularising massive space weapons in the form of their Proton Ahnilhilator cannons that many of the ships have been designed around. Sirasion ships rain heavy fire power from far away, often ending an engagment before the enemy even has a chance to return fire, let alone close the distance. Failing their, their fighters and bombers are renowned as some of the best in the galaxy when it comes to technology and pilot training.Sirasion Imperial Navy
When it comes to taking the fight to the ground, not every problem can be solved with the overwhelming firepower of War Droids. That is when the ground troops must act. The Siraison Legion encompasses all of the terrestrial ground forces of the Sirasion Empire, from the Infantry all the way to planet based aircraft such as the famous X-3 Dropship. Special forces such as the Highguard and ACSU units also fall under this umbrella. While things such as War Droids and fighter aircraft operate along side the Legion, they act as seperate entities when it comes to command structure. While many times unsung, it is the legion that face the toughest of missions with the harshest of odds.
Fight for the Empire, or be crushed beneath it.
