Aeolus City
The Capital City of Sisyphus Prime – but not of the Coalition – looks somewhat like a giant Venn diagram from above.
Several large, circular districts overlap each other, slightly. At the hub of almost every circle stands a space scraper, a building that has been grown tall enough to reach into low orbit. Ganymede Spire, at the hub of Aphrodite Circle, is 330 kilometers tall and has twelve airlocks at the observation gallery on the top floor, allowing ships to dock there.
Infrastructure
Several air tram lines allow citizens to get almost anywhere in the city. The trams are gorgeous flying vehicles that are part of the city's completely tax-funded public transport system.
Architecture
Art Noveau, with instances of Art Deco and Catalunyan Modernism.
