Darius Quentin
Darius Quentin is the biggest mob boss in the Coalition. For several decades he’s controlled almost all organized crime in Aeolus City, with extensions to the rest of the Coalition, and even beyond.
The strange thing is that nobody has seen him, while awake, not even his closest men. He only appears in shared lucid dreams, and he never looks the same, so nobody can give an accurate description. He has a special signet ring that shows people he is who he claims to be.
