Iapetus Circle
Iapetus Circle was the circle farthest west along the coast, of Aeolus City. It was also the circle that didn’t have direct access to Poseidon Beach. You had to take the tram East along the coast to get to the beach.
Demographics
It is pretty much a working class neighborhood, and also where aliens tend to live. People from other parts of the city tend to look down on those from Iapetus, but they tend tend to be very proud and have an attitude that says “At least we’re not Tartarus.”
Architecture
Art nouveau and Art Deco mostly. Some buildings near the coast are more similar to Victorian industrial revolution In style.
