Old Town
Two semicircles of city blocks around Justice Plaza make up the Old Town, where the city was founded. The plaza itself counts as part of Old Town.
The buildings closest to the Plaza are low, just three to five stories tall and then buildings get taller the farther from the plaza you get.
The blocks are then large mazes of alleys, small town squares and gardens with quaint shops, bars, restaurants and outdoor cafes.
