Lightfyre Species in The Realm of Beardsgaard | World Anvil

Some Lightfyre can pass in the world as simple elves with fiery magic, but those with stronger elemental heritage can live nowhere but the fireland of Muspelheim. Most inhabit the desert lands of the Gods in Asgard, popular at parties and in adventuring parties, as beautiful bodygards and dangerous mountain sages.

Basic Information

Growth Rate & Stages

Lightfyre age stages take after whichever culture they are raised in, but all things being equal, they lean toward their elemental side in this regard. They reach full size around 15 years of age, but are still considered in their youth until the age of 50, at 300 they are usually done with their procreation years, and are considered an elder at 1000 years old and beyond.
Legacy Beings take on traits of each of their parent species. A single Fire Elemental far back in a long line of Day Elves will make for a present day Lightfyre with mostly Elven characteristics. That Lightfyre individual, however, would have had to have a Vanir or God in their family tree somewhere, as they are the only humanoid beings that can directly physically interact with an Elemental, much less procreate with them.   Choose which of your parent species you take after more, then take the Stats and Prime Traits of that parent species, and the Legacy Trait of the other parent species.
