The House of Cards

~Currently in development~

During the aftermath of Session 5 the group was given three paths forward. Explore the events that are taking place at the Vault Crawler during the main party's mission to Rattlesnake Jim's Sarsaparilla Plant and join in lore-building roleplay for the site. This be a highly experimental campaign, a slow paced, slow burn story that will evolve over the course of time it takes me to prepare to run the upcoming one-shot. Constructive advice will be met with an open mind, I would always like to improve but I would ask you please do it over DMs :]

Rumors persist of an underground rebellion operating below Undercity. Becoming more than just a nuisance, the First Citizens Council can no longer stand by idle while their machines are sabotaged and their salvage teams are attacked. Meanwhile they have their own problems to deal with, as someone has been leaking secure files to the public that could compromise the entire leadership. Hard choices are made to run a settlement of this size, and the common citizen just isn't ready for that responsibility. This dirty laundry could upset the entire balance of the operation and send them spiraling into anarchy. If this wasn't bad enough, glitches in the centralized banking system that backs all the digital currency on the mobile platform have put the population on edge. To avoid upsetting the workers, a series of relief efforts have been launched at no small cost to the Council, however it seems like only a matter of time before they can no longer appease the mob and chaos erupts aboard one of the last bastions for humankind in the region.
