The Vault Crawler Protectorate
Those without engineering or scientific skills that still want a chance to prove themselves to the First citizens Council often volunteer to become a member of the VCP. After passing a series of rigorous computer exams they can be cleared to carry an energy weapon along with them in their duties, however even a lawful discharge that damages the Crawler can result in immediate banishment or execution. Because of this, most officers choose to only carry their weapons when they are stationed outside the city.
Serving as the first line of defense against most threats they tend to have a no-nonsense attitude to outsiders. They are permitted to stop and fully search or harass anyone that does not have citizenship records until they are satisfied that no threat exists. Because they don't like to carry any kind of firearms aboard the platform, they instead travel in large groups with riot shields and an assortment of melee weapons. Although batons and baseball bats are commonly in hand, blades are also worn for serious offenders.
When things get seriously out of hand, they call on the Unstoppables or the Thunderbirds. Their main function is often acting as a judge for the common citizen, as only the Council are allowed to waste time and resources on drawn out legal trials. Needing every hand on deck for work, those that do violate the law typically just lose access to public facilities and entertainment. Anyone that violates trust enough that their work ethic is questioned are often just exiled to the lower levels or Undercity.

- Armor- 'Reforged' Vault Security Uniforms with actual kevlar and plates added
- Vehicles- Most of their transports run on tracks, when they leave the Crawler they are usually serving as a security force for their transport
