Vizier
Each of the sixteen Noble families of the Noble District is headed by a Vizier, who oversees both the family and the family's area of interest. The Viziers are the highest authority in the Noble Court, perhaps only second to the Lord Captain Emissary, who acts as the representative of the Honourable Company.
Requirements
The Vizier of a family is usually the eldest male offspring of the noble family's previous Vizier.
In cases where the previous Vizier had only female children, the eldest female offspring, who would have held the title of Subvizier in such circumstances, would be made the new Vizier.
If a female Vizier marries, she decends to the title of Viziera, with her husband taking the title of Vizier.

Accoutrements & Equipment
Viziers and Subviziers have a dress code of sorts. They are the only members of the Noble Court permitted to wear the spiked-pin turban, and most also wear a bandolier sash and the horned belt-pin and chains.
