The earliest recorded Shajara Vizier, although not listed as the First of His Name, Ambrose Shajara was the Vizier of the House of Shajara, at the heyday of noble house's power and influence. Ambrose is five elven generations back from the current Shajara Vizier.

According to Carnegie’s Encyclopediæ, Ambrose is the sixth richest individual in history. Thomas Carnegie attributes some of Ambrose's wealth to inheritance, although it is not mentioned who he inherited it from, and the rest to the various longterm investments that he made over his elven lifespan. Ambrose is described as taking advantage of how long elves live to enjoy the benefits of these extended term investments while he was still alive where shorter lived species would not have been able to do the same.
