Vizier Hali Shajara
Hali Shajara is the Vizier of the Shajara Family. At just over 100 years old, he is very young for an Elf, and has as yet not made arrangements to produce an heir, preferring to live the hedonist noble lifestyle unburnened by infant offspring.

As an indulgent hedonist in all areas of his life, Hali's romantic and sexual life is seemingly wild and varied, which he makes an open secret in order to better get away with it. He apparently "started experimenting" in his mid-80s (the elven equilvalent of about 14 human years old).

Hali became Vizier in 1282, when he was the Elven equivalent of a young teenager. Although he must have taken over the role from his parents, since his grandparents had died several hundred years prior, it is notable that his parents seem to have disappeared suddenly (probably the result of a Whisper Vote, since neither are listed in the Peerage of the Second Court).

Hali Shajara married Cassilda Aldebaran on Mapday, Richmoon, 1304. With their marriage, Cassida was demoted from Vizier of House Aldebaran to Viziera of House Shajara. Since Cassilda was the only active member of House Aldebaran at that time, their marriage also marked the fall of House Aldebaran.
