The father of Vizier Hali Shajara is not listed in the Peerage of the Second Court, but his ruling dates can be surmised from the death of his father, Vizier Haita Shajara and the date that Hali Shajara became Vizier.
It is most likely that he was banished, or possibly executed, in a Whisper Vote, around the time the humans began their takeover of the Noble Court.
