Courier Jackalslicer was the Vizier of House of Jackalslicer not long after the Fall of the City and the Apocalypse of the Final Shot, which occurred when he was ten years old.
Since he is not on the Jackalslicer Family Shrine, it is likely that although he was alive during the Civil Campaign and Fall of the City, Courier was not personally involved in any of the fighting, most likely because he was too young.
