Vizier of the Stargazer Family, Leopold Stargazer is less outwardly terrifying than his wife, but only a fool would let their guard down around this former relic hunter. Relic hunting is a cutthroat business, and Leopold has only grown more cutthroat (and short-tempered) since ascending to the Noble Court.

When Leopold was fourteen years old, he had a crush on a girl named Arabella. Together they snuck down into the Dwarven Undercity, and "got caught up in the excitement" (i.e. made out) in an old blocked-off temple (presumably devoted to Panopticon, the Eyes and Arms).Young Adulthood
Leopold had been adventuring as a relic hunter (following in his father's profession), and it is implied he stumbled on some kind of secret that the Honourable Company would prefer to keep restricted, leading to the Lord Captain Emissary approaching him to be one of the new eight noble Human families at the Noble Court.Mapday, Sailormoon, 1286
Leopold met Andromeda when they attended same Theology classes at Elderton University. They agreed to get married after Andromeda had finished her studies with the date penciled in to be "when she turned 22". Probably to Leopold's surprise, Andromeda interpreted this proposal to mean the exact day she turned 22, and set her schedule accordingly.That same day, immediately after their wedding, Leopold and Andromeda officially joined the Court as the Vizier and Viziera of the House of Stargazer. Leopold turned 29 the day after.

Leopold is a firm believer that knowledge is powerful, but also dangerous, outright banning entire lines of questioning and restricting access to information, even within his own household. He owns a large collection of magical artifacts and relics, but refuses to properly investigate them, for fear of his discoveries being leaked to others.
