The Honourable Company
The Honourable Company is a somewhat enigmatic organisation, whose offices are situated just above the Noble District. Seemingly coming out of nowhere, the Company bought the city wholesale and brought it in line with its own mission statement. Through the Honourable Company, the Noble Court was saturated with "Human" families, North Town University was established, and the exclusive worship of the Eight sanctioned deities was enforced. The company holds a monopoly over the Interplanar Market, and seems to be working on its own secret projects that are being kept from even the Nobility.
Membership
Structure
The Honourable Company is headed by the Governing Director, currently Beckett Kitchener. Below him are three Lord Captains: Lord Captain Emissary (Rudyard Cutler), Lord Captain Commander (Kim Peel) and Lord Captain Executive (Unknown). Below the upper eschelons of the Company are the Captains of the Company and below them again are the Gentlemen of the Company, although the latter might actually be a catch-all term for any member of the company of any rank.Recruitment Process
The Honourable Company usually recruits from the alumnus of North Town University. The Company is particularly interested in wizards, of the Conjuration school of magic, both for their summoning and their teleportation capabilities. It is fierce competition, so even although the Company is keen to recruit anyone with wizard talent and there are always positions being recruited for, there are never enough positions to go around.Influence
North Town University
The Honourable Company established North Town University on Mapday, Sailormoon 1235 to rival the older Elderton University. The company usually recruits from North Town University and is particularly, but not exclusively, interested in the wizard graduates. While the Honourable Company uses the North Town University Press for most of their publications, for the most restricted texts, the Company uses its own press.

Where Lead the Highest Stars
"On, where they lead.
Whate'er we leave behind;
whate'er we cede.
No heed how high, nor far:
Where Lead the Highest Stars.
Come bleeding, binds or scars,
Still, where they lead."
