North Town University

North Town University is the newer of the two universities in Palimpsest. It is aligned with the concerns of the Honourable Company (in the same way as Elderton University is affiliated with the Nobles), and focuses its interests upwards towards the stars and the future.
This is where the Cactus Cats might be (according to a Tito).
