In the boat and docks:

• Ten crewmen (Red Brand Ruffian sheet) are unloading the boat of crates and barrels. Three higher rank pirates (Pirate First Mate sheet) are commanding them, shouting and giving orders.

Alcove's Ground Floor:

• Eight Crewmen, two Pirate Deck Wizards and a Pirate Sea-Elf Druid are having some fun singing and dancing in the ground floor. 

Alcove's First floor:

• A bard is playing beautiful tunes with Ten Crewmen, two twin Minotaurs and the captain (Pirate Captain sheet with 50% more hp, 17 ac (for the mithril chain shirt), +1 longswords and one more attack) are listening to the music. They will hear fighting happening down below if it lasts at least 3 rounds.

Inside the Alcove:

• Each pirate has a scimitar and 1d10 gp
• The Captain is wearing a Mithral Chain Shirt and wielding a couple of +1 longswords. He has 5d10 gp.
• There are 100 crates of Bear's Pelt (25 gp each, 20 kg each), 

In Ramad's Treasure:

• There's a chest in the captain's quarters. It contains 786 cp, 543 sp, 238 gp, seven Sapphire, five Emeralds and two Diamonds. It also contains one Potion of Greater Healing, one of Dragon's Breath and a pair of Writing Lens with the spell Comprehend Language enchanted to it (two uses per day).
