Phandalin Townmaster's Hall

The Townmaster's Hall is where official town business is conducted for the town of Phandalin.
On Day 4 of the campaign at the Townmaster's Hall, Sildar Hallwinter of the Lords' Alliance confronted townmaster Harbin Wester about Harbin's relationship with the Redbrand Ruffians. Harbin mistakenly turned over evidence that proved he rigged the election in 1490: a letter from Alex Redbrand to Harbin confirming their agreement to work together. Sildar then arrested Harbin on behalf of the Lords' Alliance and took him to Neverwinter to stand trial. Sildar also appointed Toblen Stonehill, the runner-up in the 1490 election, as interim townmaster.

Architecture

The building has sturdy stone walls, a wooden roof, and a bell tower at the back.
