Alex Redbrand's House

The house in Phandalin formerly belonging to Alex Redbrand of the Redbrand Ruffians is across the street from the Sleeping Giant.

On Day 6 of the campaign (19 Tarsakh), Conor McGregor, Herb Stoner and Rayphlárd saw Alex carrying items from the Sleeping Giant to his house across the street. The party confronted Alex in the house, and he was also with Eliza Redbrand, Grista and several others. After learning that Glasstaff was now dead, Alex was ready to give up and told the party they could take whatever they wanted of his. He also explained a little about their history with Harbin Wester and the orcs from the Many Arrows Tribe. The party also talked with Alex about the Zhentarim and Halia Thornton, and Alex started to put together why Halia acted the way she did toward him.

On Day 15 (28 Tarsakh), after the Lords' Alliance took control of Phandalin and Frederich Wulfrun began his rule as Lord of Phandalin, the newly-formed Phandalin Town Council assumed ownership of Alex Redbrand's house. Trilena Stonehill began preparing the various new properties owned by the town into rental houses for travelers while the Stonehill Inn was at full occupancy.
