Jubileum City
The capital of Jubileum is an ancient elven city on the northern back of Lake Jubilation. Due to the impossibly tall spires and the neon lights that adorn them, the city is also known as "the Luminous Towers".
Elves, especially the ancient high elven families, form the majority of the city's residents, but there are also numerous stout halflings hailing from the northern Falucian Plains that have moved into the city. Humans form the third major population, having descended from the slaves kept in the ancient elven kingdom of Iovillon. The different species inhabiting the city are quite segregated to their own districts.
